The provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and providing personal data for the purpose of responding to your inquiries or requested information is a contractual requirement. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to conclude the contract or provide a response to your inquiries.

We, as the data controller, will process your personal data. Personal data may be shared with:

  • Processors who provide the intermediary with server, web, cloud, or IT services.

We will process your personal data for as long as we provide you with our services or fulfill our mutual contract, or for the period necessary to comply with archival obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Recordkeeping Act, or the Value Added Tax Act.

If it is being processed, you can request information on the purposes, scope, who it is shared with, how long it will be processed, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or the right to object, where we obtained your personal data, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, occurs based on the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, with the first copy provided free of charge. For additional copies, the processor may request a reasonable fee for administrative costs.

The right to rectification means that you can request at any time the correction or completion of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
